I think the path that leads to cultivating the leadership application should remain unfenced. I think the ultimate test of leadership is to develop leadership in others. If you think you are leading your team, then you need to make sure that you are supporting and encouraging your teammates to lead themselves. You should make a bold affirmation to purposeful outcomes. You have to develop good partners for organizational betterment. Listen- without the right tools, you cannot execute the entire task successfully. Some apps like- Lumosity, The Leader's Map, play a huge role in making the leadership effective. It does not matter whether you want to become a leader or not, you should not oppose the cultivation process of the leadership application.
