EngagementCulture Shift are experts in engagement. We can find out opinions and help to get people involved
This can be one-to-one meetings with individual stakeholders, phone arounds to target groups or large group interactive consultations through tools such as Open Space Technology (what's that?) or World Café, or we can devise something specific to your requirements. We use a cultural planning approach to make sure that the results are original and relevant. This can happen with

Project/event design and managementIf you have an idea that you want to develop, or if you want to achieve something specific but don't know how to then talk to us.
We have a lot of experience in designing and developing creative projects and events to help people to get more out of life and to find the skills to improve their job and economic prospects. Projects can be for young people, old people, multi-generational. They can be for whole cities, or specific communities, funded or unfunded, big or small. And we can help to develop your organisation, staff structure and business plan too. |
EvaluationWe can devise creative ways of gathering data for you. We can do surveys and questionnaires but not everyone will give you a true answer when asked a direct question.
Sometimes you have to create the right environment for people to be able to let you know how they feel about something. And you have to make it easy to and ask the right question to get the information you need. With a creative approach we can design a way to find out what people really think in a way that's effective, painless and fun. |
