Introduction
The Carnival Company Project offers a platform for carnival development in Norfolk to work over a 2-year period to develop a new carnival company as a platform for high quality artistic work, as well as offering some key infrastructure and investment in equipment. The project is supported by funding from the National Lottery through Arts Council England.
