Watch this video by Sir Ken Robinson. He says something that I have been saying for years but he says it with illustrations and in a very coherent way. We need to stop allowing all our organisations to be run like algorithmic computer systems unless they are dealing with mechanistic processes. When we are dealing with people, society, community and education, we should think about well-being, not efficient systems that follow specific steps.
